DP360 Creator Network Agreement
By joining the DP360 Creator Network, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Independent Creator Status
You participate in the DP360 Creator Network as an independent creator. Nothing in this Agreement creates or establishes an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and DP360. You remain responsible for your own activities, taxes, equipment, expenses, and professional obligations.
2. No Guaranteed Campaigns or Income
Membership in the DP360 Creator Network does not guarantee campaigns, collaborations, minimum income, a specific number of brand opportunities, or any particular level of earnings. Campaign opportunities may vary based on client requirements, creator suitability, availability, performance, and other relevant factors.
3. Campaign Opportunities and Acceptance
Campaign opportunities may be offered based on your creator profile, audience, content category, location, availability, performance, and specific campaign requirements. Each campaign may have its own deliverables, deadlines, compensation, content guidelines, usage rights, and other terms. You may accept or decline individual campaign opportunities unless otherwise agreed.
4. Paid Content and Usage Rights
For each sponsored or paid campaign, the applicable content rights, usage permissions, licensing requirements, deliverables, platforms, duration, and other conditions will be communicated as part of the individual campaign terms. By accepting a campaign, you agree to comply with the agreed requirements and deliverables.
5. Content Live Period
Sponsored or campaign-related content must remain publicly available on the agreed platform(s) for the duration specified in the applicable campaign terms, unless DP360 or the relevant brand provides prior written approval for removal or modification.
6. Content Removal or Modification
Creators must not remove, hide, materially alter, or otherwise modify agreed campaign content before the end of the required live period without prior approval from DP360 or the relevant brand, except where removal is required by law, platform policy, or circumstances outside the creator's reasonable control.
7. Unauthorized Deletion
Unauthorized deletion, hiding, or material alteration of agreed campaign content may constitute a breach of the applicable campaign terms and may affect the creator's eligibility for future campaigns, collaborations, or opportunities through the DP360 Creator Network.
8. Client Non-Circumvention
Where applicable under the individual campaign terms, creators agree not to circumvent DP360 in dealings with clients, brands, or business contacts introduced to the creator through the DP360 Creator Network for the purpose of avoiding DP360's involvement or agreed commercial arrangements.
9. Confidentiality
Creators agree to keep confidential any non-public business, campaign, brand, commercial, financial, strategic, or other proprietary information received through DP360 or its clients. Such information must not be disclosed, published, distributed, or shared with unauthorized individuals or organizations without prior written permission.
10. DP360 Partner Rate and Commercial Terms Confidentiality
Any partner rates, creator rates, pricing information, commissions, commercial terms, campaign budgets, or other confidential financial information provided by DP360 must be treated as confidential and must not be publicly disclosed or shared with unauthorized parties.
11. Agreement to Terms
By submitting your details, joining the DP360 Creator Network, or accepting a campaign opportunity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and any additional terms communicated for individual campaigns.
DP360 reserves the right to update or amend these general network terms where reasonably necessary. Campaign-specific terms communicated and accepted for an individual campaign will apply to that campaign.
